Tim is instrumental in the development of our sales and marketing strategy and ensuring Erie Bronze stays on top with our customers as we continue to branch out into new products and regions.

Matt Firster
Manager – Engineering & Quality
Matt concentrates on quality and engineering for Erie Bronze. He is always looking for ways to improve our casting designs, increase yields, and reduce internal scrap.
Back in middle school, Matt and his dad started rebuilding the engine on a ’65 Mustang GT Fastback. When Matt graduated from college, it became his and he still considers it one of the greatest gifts he’s ever received, aside from his 3 beautiful daughters of course.

C.R. "Chip" Shamburg
President
As President, Chip is involved in it all, from working with the sales and operations teams to visiting our customers – both domestic and international.
When Chip’s not working, he loves spending time with his family. Their favorite travel spots are New York City, Nashville, or anywhere with a nice golf course. He sadly claims his top 100 list is still missing a lot of checkmarks.
